Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties 1 to 5. Notice to opposite party no.5 is dispensed with. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed challenging selection of opposite party no.6 i.e. Km. Savita Devi, daughter of Harikesh Chandra Tripathi as per select list dated 22.03.2025 whereby the said opposite party has been appointed as Anganwadi Worker in Village concerned. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that opposite party no.6 having been appointed on the basis of incorrect income certificate against which petitioner has already submitted a complaint dated 16.07.2025, which is still pending consideration. 4. Since selection of opposite party no.6 is based on income certificate which has not been cancelled or set aside till date by any competent authority and also since petitioner has already submitted an application against aforesaid income certificate, liberty is granted to petitioner to agitate his cause with regard to income certificate which may be considered and decided by said authority expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced along with copy of such application/complaint preferred by petitioner but only after affording opportunity of hearing to opposite party no.6. 5. With aforesaid direction, the petition stands finally disposed of.
