Petitioner was transferred from District Pauri Garhwal to District Tehri Garhwal in a Government Intermediate College. Since his Last Pay Certificate was not sent to the transferred place, due to which he was unable to get salary, therefore, petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the Competent Authority to send his Last Pay Certificate to the transferred place. 4. Learned State Counsel was asked to get instructions. Today, on instructions, Mr. Narayan Dutt, learned Brief Holder submits that Last Pay Certificate of the petitioner has been transferred to Government Intermediate College, Narendra Nagar, Tehri Garhwal. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submits that Last Pay Certificate of the petitioner has now been transferred, after filing of writ petition. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by taking the statement of learned State Counsel on record.
