Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for consideration of petitioner's application for compassionate appointment in view of the fact that since her adoptive mother late Nirmala Devi has passed away in service on 12th February, 2024. It is submitted that thereafter petitioner being adopted daughter has preferred an application for compassionate appointment on 22nd April, 2024 which is yet pending consideration. In view of aforesaid submission, the opposite party No.5 i.e. District Agriculture Protection Officer, Sultanpur is directed to take a final decision with regard to petitioner's application dated 22nd April, 2024 expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. The petitioner shall annex a copy of the application dated 22nd April, 2024 alongwith certified copy of this order. The petition stands disposed of.
