Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that in compliance of the judgement and order dated 13.12.2024, the claim / representation of the applicant has been rejected by order dated 20.08.2025, the copy of which has been sent to the applicant and photo copy of the same has been provided to the learned counsel for the applicant today also. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the judgement and order passed by the writ court has been complied with by rejecting the representation of the applicant and now nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court, hence, the present contempt application has become infructuous and prayed that the same may be dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the applicant / petitioner to challenge the same by filing writ petition. As prayed, the present contempt application/ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The notice issued against the respondent is hereby discharged.
