No.1110 of 2025 ORDER: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of the C.P.C against the order dated 01.04.2025, allowing the E.P.No.131 of 2022 in O.S.No.712 of 2009 on the file of Principal Civil Judge (Sr.Divison), Nandyal, filed by the decree holder under Order XXI, Rules 37 and 38 of C.P.C., to issue arrest warrant against the J.Drs. and send them to civil prison for their default to pay the decreetal amount till realization of the E.P. amount with costs. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners, appearing through V.C., represented that his clients have not given any latest instructions. The proof of service of notice on the respondents has not been filed. 3. On 29.04.2025, while granting interim stay, condition for payment of amount was ordered by this Court. There is no representation that the condition has been complied. 4. Accordingly, under these circumstances, the civil revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
