The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed in the year 2016 with the prayer to quash/set aside the order dated 15.2.2015 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barabanki whereby the proclamation under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has been issued. 3. The present application is pending since 2016. 4. Even in the revised list none has appeared on behalf of the applicant.It appears that the applicant has lost interest to pursue the case, hence no useful purpose would be served to keep it pending. 5. In view of above, application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for want of prosecution. 6. In case, if cause of action still survives, the applicant is at liberty to approach this Court seeking recall of this order within a period of thirty days from today. 7. A copy of this order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith to enable it to conclude the proceedings of the above-mentioned case, if not already concluded, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
