At the very outset, learned AGA has shown the copy of instructions letter dated 05.08.2025 provided by Sri Harendra Kumar- Sub Inspector, Police Station Ishanagar, District Lakhimpur Kheri indicating therein that after completing the investigation final report has been filed before the Supervisory Authority i.e. Circle Officer, Dhaurhara, District Lakhimpur Kheri. 3. The Instructions letter dated 05.08.2025 is kept on record. 4. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, therefore, this writ petition is consigned to record having been become infructuous.
