The Applicant-Love Kamboj is before this Court seeking Anticipatory Bail in connection with Case Crime No. 0348 of 2025, registered at Police Station Rishikesh, District Dehradun, for the offences punishable under Section 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 4. As per the order-sheet dated 03.11.2025, learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant was not present at the spot of the alleged incident, and the Coordinate Bench also recorded the submission of the learned State Counsel that, as per the instructions received from the Investigating Officer, the Applicant was indeed not present on the spot. 5. Learned State Counsel, however, points out that the Applicant played a major role in the commission of the offence, as he allegedly sent the assailants to execute the act. 6. Considering the primary submission that the Applicant was not present on the spot, and also taking into account that the Applicant was granted interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 21.07.2025, the interim anticipatory bail is hereby made absolute. There is no requirement for the Applicant to furnish a fresh bail bond, as he has already been released upon executing the sureties and personal bonds to the satisfaction of the court concerned, subject to the following conditions: (i) The Applicant shall attend the court proceedings regularly and shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment. (ii) The Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person 2025:UHC:10342 acquainted with the facts of the case. (iii) The Applicant shall not leave the country without prior permission of this Court 7. Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of.
