Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction that Injunction Suit No. 455 of 2007 shall be decided within a period of one year, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties. The interim order dated 03.10.2016 passed by this Court shall continue to operate till the disposal of the suit.
