Government Pleader O R D E R This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and grant the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025 for transfer to any suitable vacancy within Kanyakumari district, by passing order thereon. 2.Heard Mr.Ananth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Balasubramanian, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as a Staff Nurse at Government Headquarters Hospital, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District, while the petitioner's husband is working as a Nursing Officer at ESIC Hospital, Tirunelveli. They have three children and all of whom are residing with her husband. The petitioner is finding it difficult to take care of the children due to her absence. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 30.06.2025 to the respondents, seeking transfer nearby the Kanyakumari District. As no action was taken on the proposal, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition before this Court. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6.
