In this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to municipal authorities to get his name mutated in the revenue records. (3) Application for mutation was allegedly made on 23.7.2025. Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Jhabrera, Haridwar to take decision on petitioner’s application, one way or the other, within six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. (4) It goes without saying that other stakeholders, if any, shall also be heard while taking any decision.
