Present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that against an order dismissing the injunction application passed on 10.07.2025, the petitioner has preferred a miscellaneous appeal in which an application for grant of interim relief has also been filed. The said application for interim relief is pending for dismissal and 04.08.2025 is fixed for disposal. 3. It is argued that despite the pendency of the application, the respondents are trying to interfere in the possession of the petitioner. 4. Considering the fact that the application has been filed which is fixed for disposal on 04.08.2025 on the interim relief application, present petition is disposed off with direction to the District Judge, Barabanki to decide the interim relief application in accordance with law on 04.08.2025 itself.
