The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Additional Commissioner-I, Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj to decide expeditiously the First Appeal having Case No.1147/2023 (Govardhan Lal and others Vs. Mata Badal and others) filed under section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 arising out of partition suit pending before Additional Commissioner-I, Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj within stipulated period. (ii) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the private respondents to maintain status quo regarding nature and possession over the plots in dispute during pendency of the first appeal, issue any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction be issued to the respondent no.2 to decide the Case No.1147 of 2023 within a stipulated period. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the respondent no.2 will decide the aforesaid case in a time bound manner. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
