The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 24.07.2025 passed under the Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 and against the said order, an appeal under Section 35 is prescribed. 3. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the said order which shall be decided in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of the appeal.
