It is submitted by learned counsel for the Bank that in compliance with order dated 03.01.2025, the petitioner has only deposited an amount of Rs. 38,20,000/-, whereas 50% of the amount due as on 03.01.2025 was Rs. 2,40,000,00/-. He has therefore, submitted that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with and therefore, the Bank may be permitted to seal the assets of petitioner- firm. 2. Nobody has turned up to appear for the petitioner, nor steps for service of respondent Nos. 1 and 3 have been taken. 3. It seems that the petitioner having failed to fully comply with interim order dated 03.01.2025, has decided to abandon this petition. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed.
