It transpires from the record that the present anticipatory bail application falls under Section 34(2) and 36 of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act. which is not maintainable as per provisions of Section 59(A)(i) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act. 5. In view of the above, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not maintainable. 6.
