It is noticed that the petitioners, along with their natural guardian, namely, Kasthuri have filed O.S.No.85 of 2022 before the Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Aathur to declare themselves as the legal heirs of the deceased Kumar. They have secured a partial decree in their favour from the said Court on 02.12.2023, whereby, the petitioners have been declared as the legal heirs of the deceased Kumar along with his first wife and his children born through first wife, namely Sasikala. 3.
