Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to the respondent No. 1 / Settlement Officer Consolidation, Gonda to decide the Appeal bearing Computerized Case No.202454083000000398) "State and another v. Rajesh Kumar and another" filed in respect of Gata No.1212, 1214 and others gatas and connected appeal having Computerized Case No.202454083000000401) "Rakesh Kumar and others vs. State and others, filed in respect of Gata No.1212, 1214 Chak No.1478, Situated at Mauja - Belsar, Pargana Dixir, Tehsil Tarabganj, District - Gonda, expeditiously. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance of the petitioners would be sufficiently met in case respondent no. 1/Settlement Officer Consolidation, Gonda, considers and decides the aforesaid cases in the time bound manner. 5. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits, respondent no. 1/ Settlement Officer Consolidation, Gonda is directed to decide Appeal bearing Computerized Case No.202454083000000398) "State and another v. Rajesh Kumar and another" filed in respect of Gata No.1212, 1214 and others gatas and connected appeal having Computerized Case No.202454083000000401) "Rakesh Kumar and others vs. State and others, filed in respect of Gata No.1212, 1214 Chak No.1478, Situated at Mauja - Belsar, Pargana Dixir, Tehsil Tarabganj, District - Gonda, expeditiously, say within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment. 7. It is further directed that the parties to the case shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment, neither any such adjournment shall be granted by the Court concerned, except in exceptional circumstances. 8.
