GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 5th respondent at behest of 6th respondent insisting to yield and settle to terms of the 6th respondent. It is submitted that the 5th respondent is interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 6th respondent. It is submitted that the petitioner’s husband while 2 working in APSPDCL has passed away on account of ill-health, leaving behind his wife and two children. It is submitted the death benefits of the deceased husband is the bone of contention between the petitioner and the 6th respondent. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the police are not interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 6th respondent. 4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, making it clear that the 5th respondent shall not interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 6th respondent.
