The same is taken on record. 2. By means of this application, the applicant/ petitioner has prayed for recall of order dated 05.08.2025 and to restore the writ petition in its original number. 3. On due consideration, the application is allowed. 4. The order dated 05.08.2025 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number. Order on the Petition 5. Learned counsel for the parties have stated that the parties are in the process of compromise and one compromise deed dated 31.07.2025 has been filed with the writ petition, but in such compromise deed, the victim i.e. the wife of the informant is not a party. 6. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested that he may be permitted to not press this writ petition and liberty may be given to the petitioner to file fresh petition annexing therewith the copy of fresh compromise deed. 7. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed being not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
