Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C./ 529 BNSS has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. Issue an order or direction to the opposite party no. 03 to decide case no. 07/08/09/09/09/09/12/96/1997-1198 U/S-145 of Cr.P.C. with Computerized case No. T19970830071, Teh Mankapur, District-Gonda, Mandal-Devipatan name and style as "Jhhinnu Versus Sudama" and which is now pending before Learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Teh Mankapur, District-Gonda, Mandal-Devipatan as early as possible or within time." 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is still pending consideration since 2022 and the applicant is suffering hard delay in conclusion of the trial proceedings. He urges that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court is pleased enough to direct the Court below to conclude the proceedings of Case No. 07/08/09/09/09/09/12/96/1997-1198 U/S-145 of Cr.P.C. with Computerized Case No. T19970830071, Teh Mankapur, District-Gonda, Mandal-Devipatan within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 4. The counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid. 5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the proceeding of Case No. 07/08/09/09/09/09/12/96/1997-1198 U/S-145 of Cr.P.C. with Computerized Case No. T19970830071, Teh Mankapur, District-Gonda, Mandal-Devipatan, in expedition, if there is no legal impediment, while considering the guidelines and circulars issued time to time in this regard. 6.
