The present petition has been filed challenging order dated 15.06.2025 whereby petitioner currently employed as Sub-Inspector in the Police Station Kairana, District Shamli has been transferred from Meerut Zone (District Shamli) to Agra Zone. 3. It has been submitted that petitioner has merely one year and eight months to superannuate and would therefore be covered by paragraph 5 of the Government Order dated 06.05.2025 whereby he being a Class III employee is required to be considered for posting in Home District. 4. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.3 i.e. Additional Superintendent of Police, Deputy Inspector General of Police for Establishment, Personnel Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided in the light of paragraph 5 of the Government Order dated 06.05.2025 within period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5.
