The instant petition has been preferred seeking a direction for the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court no. 3, Gonda to decide the Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No. 27 of 2025 expeditiously, 3. The material available on record including the extract of the order-sheet which have been brought on record as annexure 7 indicates that the several dates were fixed but the petitioner himself was not present. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition, however in case the petitioner has any urgency he shall be at liberty of moving an appropriate application before the court concerned who shall take note of it and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 5.
