In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite party no.4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioners have assailed the impugned FIR bearing FIR/Case Crime No.109 of 2025, under Sections 87, 137(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station- Kohdaur, District- Pratapgarh. 4. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners has requested that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage and liberty may be given to file anticipatory bail application. 5. Considering the aforesaid request, this petition is dismissed being withdrawn at this stage. 6. However, it is always open for the petitioners to file anticipatory bail application/ regular bail application before the competent court of law and if such application is filed, the same may be decided with expedition without giving unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. 7. In the meantime, the petitioners may record their statements before the police.
