Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J Petitioner’s grievance in this writ petition was that proportionate pension authorized in his favour has not been released to him. 2. Following order was passed in the matter on 25.07.2025: - “Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has supplied the information required from him by the respondents. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 Learned Deputy Advocate General seeks a week’s time to have further instructions in respect of release of pension and commuted value of pension in petitioner’s bank account. In case the requisite information has been supplied by the petitioner, needful be done by the respondents before the next date of hearing. List on 11.08.2025.” 3. Pursuant thereto, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 07.08.2025 from Under Secretary (SA) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh and on that basis submitted that the pension as well as commuted value of pension has been released and credited in petitioner’s bank account. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner admitted the above position and submitted that petitioner’s grievance as raised in this writ petition now stands redressed. 5. In view of above, this writ petition to stand disposed of as the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
