Petitioner No.2- Satyendra Kumar has brought Rs.25,000/- in Demand Draft No.961128 which is being handed over to the petitioner No.1-Smt. Anuradha Prajapati (corpus) today in the Court itself. 4. In view of the statement of corpus, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. 5. The present Habeas Corpus Petition, is accordingly, dismissed.
