By means of this petition, the petitioners have prayed following main relief:- "1. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the Superintendent of Police, District- Unnao (opp. party no.2) and Station House Officer, Police Station- Gangaghat, District- Unnao (opp. party no.3) not to illegally harass the petitioners, their family members and relatives in any manner, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned AGA has informed, on the basis of written instructions, that the son of petitioners no.1 & 2, who is presently residing in Gujarat, has eloped one minor girl and to trace out her location, the police of U.P. has approached petitioners no.1 & 2 with the police of Gujarat. Learned AGA has further informed that till date, location of the minor girl could not be traced out and it is the responsibility of the police to trace out the location of the minor girl. 4. Considering the aforesaid submissions of learned AGA, we do not find any good ground to keep this petition pending any longer. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage directing the petitioners to cooperate in the investigation and at the same time, the petitioners may not be harassed unnecessarily.
