Heard Sri M H Sudhir Kumar Murolli, learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Sri Venkatanarayan, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:18043 WP No. 2798 of 2025 3. Petitioner is an account holder with the 1st respondent Bank. Owing to certain suspicious transactions or amount coming into the account of the petitioner, the cyber portal of the State of Telangana appears to have sent communications to all the accounts to which the suspected amount has been transferred, to freeze those accounts. The amount that is disputed in the case at hand is Rs.23,000/-, but the entire account of the petitioner has been frozen. 4. In the light of the admitted fact that disputed amount is Rs.23,000/-, I deem it appropriate to direct the 1st respondent Bank to mark a lien upon the said amount of Rs.23,000/- and permit normal operation of the account of the petitioner, as it was being operated prior to the date of freezement.
