Case No. 207/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238 & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj. 3. During the intervening period of 20/22.12.2024, husband of the informant namely Prithvi Soren went missing. Subsequently, his dead body was recovered. Suspicion has been raised against niece of the deceased namely Tala Kuri that due to land dispute, she might have got the deceased murdered. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered on pointing out of this petitioner. 5. Learned counsel on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that petitioner had threatened the informant due to which informant has also filed an application in the Court of learned C.J.M., Sahibganj. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj in connection with Jirwabari P.S.
