At the time of considering the matter, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that against the common order dated 14.6.2005 passed by a learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.24509 of 2004 and batch, appeals were filed vide Writ Appeal No.1991 of 2005 and batch and that the said batch of appeals were dismissed by a 2. 2 WA_1983_2005 Division Bench of the Telangana High Court, by a Common Order dated ^ 21.4,2022. He also submits that the said common order attained finality, ^ as the appellant/ BSNL has not preferred any further appeal against the same. The learned counsel for the appellants does not dispute the factual position. said 3. We have perused the Common Order passed in Writ Appeal No. 1991 of 2005 and batch. As stated by the learned respondents, the present appeal is preferred against the orders passed i Writ Petition No.2615 of 2005, which forms part of Writ Petition of 2004 and batch and Common Order dated 14.6.2005 counsel for the in No.24509 passed by the learned Single Judge was upheld. In view of the dismissal of the appeals preferred against the Common Order in W.P.No.24509 of 2004 and batch, this Court is inclined to dismiss the present appeal, for the reasons alike. 4.
