Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties no.1, 2 & 3. 2. In view of order being passed, notices to opposite parties no.4 & 5 stand dispensed with. 3. Petition has been filed challenging selection of opposite party no.5( Kr. Rinku) daughter of Kandhai Lal on the post of Anganbadi Worker in the centre concerned. 4. It has been submitted that despite the fact that petitioner was placed higher in the merit list, opposite party no.5 has been appointed solely on the ground of her income certificate indicating her to be below poverty line category. 5. It is however admitted that the income certificate of opposite party no.5 has not yet been cancelled or revoked although petitioner's representation there against is still pending consideration. 6. In view thereof, the concerned authority is directed to take a decision with regard to complaint made by petitioner regarding income certificate of opposite party no.5 after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned. 7.
