Case No. 01 of 1995 whereby and wherein the petition dated 27.01.2017 filed on behalf of the objector/respondent for valuation of the house situated at Faridabad, Haryana has been allowed by the learned Additional District Judge-VII, Nalanda. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that L.A. Case No. 01 of 1995 has been dismissed for default on 07.12.2019 and a restoration petition has been filed vide Miscellaneous Case No. 01 of 2022. 3. Since as on date there is no L.A.
