Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Following order was passed in the matter on 27.05.2025:- “Petitioner was serving as Patwari at Patwar Circle Jagjeet Nagar, Sub-Tehsil Krishangarh, District Solan. Petitioner was promoted as Kanungo on 03.04.2025 and as Kanungo was posted at FK Circle Patta, Sub-Tehsil Krishangarh, vide order dated 19.05.2025 issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Solan. Petitioner joined at the transferred station on 20.05.2025. Three days later, another office order was issued on 23.05.2025 by the Director, Land Records, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, now transferring the petitioner from Patwar Circle Jagjitnagar, Sub Tehsil Krishangarh to FK Circle Ramshehar, District Solan. 2. Taking note of petitioner’s grievances, following order was passed in the matter on 26.05.2025:- “Notice at this stage confined to respondents No.1 to 3, which is waived by Ms. Menka Raj Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General. Let the learned Deputy Advocate General to have instructions as to why the petitioner has been transferred again after five days of her joining at the new place and whether petitioner’s transfer is on the basis of DO note. List on 27.05.2025.” 3. Pursuant thereto, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 26.05.2025. As per instructions, Director, Land Records, -2- Himachal Pradesh-respondent No.2 was not aware about petitioner’s having been transferred to FK Circle Patta, SubTehsil Krishangarh by the Deputy Commissioner, Solan on 19.05.2025. That the petitioner has already joined at FK Circle Patta, where she was posted on her promotion as Kanungo. That after receipt of petitioner’s joining report, the Director, Land Records, has now taken up the matter for cancellation of impugned transfer order of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.4 has not joined at the place of posting of petitioner under office order dated 23.05.2025 till yesterday i.e. 26.05.2025. 5. In view of the pleadings and the office instructions placed on record, it is ordered that impugned order shall not be implemented for petitioner and respondent No.4 till the next date of hearing or in another words, petitioner and respondent No.4 shall continue to discharge their duties in terms of office order dated 19.05.2025. 6. Let fresh instructions be now placed on record by the respondents before the next date. 7. List on 02.06.2025.” 3. Pursuant to above, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 30.05.2025 along with office order of even date, in terms of which impugned order has been cancelled. 4. Since the grievance of the petitioner has now been redressed, this writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
