The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not permitting the petitioner and his family members to perform the daily rituals like Nitya Deepa, Dhoopa Naivedyams to the Acharya Purusha, namely Sri Vedanta Desikar in the Temple located outside the Prakaram of Sri Govindaraja Swamy Temple, Tirupati, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his arguments and urged to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 13.12.2024 made by the petitioner. 2 4. Learned standing counsel would submit that the 1st respondent will consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the learned 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 13.12.2024 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders strictly as per the law in vogue, preferably within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
