In pursuance of the order dated 06.02.2025, today, corpus alongwith respondent no.4 is present in person before this Court. The legal expenses amounting to Rs.20,000/- has also been handed over to the corpus by learned counsel for petitioner no.2 since due to paucity of time, demand draft could not be prepared. 3. On being queried, corpus stated that she is residing with respondent no.4/her father with her free will. 4. In view of the statement made by corpus, it is apparent that there is no illegal detention of corpus by her father/respondent no.4 and as such, the present petition stands dismissed.
