A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the opposite party no.2 to consider the application for grant of Arms License of petitioner under the provisions of Arms Rules, 2016, within shortest time as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 05.03.2025 which is pending with the respondent no.2. 4. Considering the fact that the representation is already pending before the respondent no.2, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the opposite party no.2 to decide the same in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
