Patgiri, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner. The issue involved in this writ petition pertains to non-payment of family pension to the petitioner, who is the unmarried daughter of the deceased Government employee. In terms of the order dated 03.03.2025 passed by this Court, Mr. B. Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.5 has obtained instruction and produced a copy of the PPO dated 07.03.2025 to submit that with the issuance of the PPO, the grievance expressed in the writ petition stands redressed. Mr. K. R. Patgiri, on examination of the order dated 07.03.2025 issued Page No.# 3/3 by the Sr. Accounts Officer, office of the Principal Accountant General (A & E), Assam has, however, agreed with the said submission of the learned counsel for the respondent No.5.
