In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite party No.4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, petitioner has prayed for following main relief: "Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the opposite parties No. 2 and 3 to conduct a fair, proper and just investigation by adding applicable and appropriate Sections as per the allegations levelled by the petitioner in the First Information Report No.0244 of 2025 registered on 10.07.2025 under Sections 281, 125, 125(a), 125(b) of BNS, 2023 at Police Station- Mallawan, District Hardoi, in the interest of justice." 4. Sri S.N. Tilhari has submitted on the basis of instructions that the Investigating Officer is conducting the investigation strictly in accordance with law and after completion of the investigation, police report would be filed as per procedure so prescribed. 5. Considering the aforesaid submission of Sri Tilhari, we do not find any reason to keep this petition pending any longer, accordingly, this petition is disposed of finally at the admission stage having expectation from the investigating agency that proper investigation is carried out, strictly in accordance with law.
