Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 10.07.2025 so far as it relates to petitioner whereby she has been transferred from Local Intelligence Bureau Lucknow to Intelligence Bureau Hathras. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the impugned transfer order is against provisions of paragraph 5 of the Government Order dated 06.05.2025 which requires couple posting to be made since her husband is posted in Ghaziabad. It is also submitted that petitioner's two minor children are also studying in Ghaziabad and therefore mid term transfer would hamper the study. 4. For the aforesaid grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation. At present learned counsel for petitioner restricts her prayer for a final decision with regard to same. 5. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.4.i.e. Superintendent of Police, Establishment Intelligence Head Quarter, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 6.
