Heard Sri Ankit Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Standing counsel on behalf of respondent No.s 1 to 4 while Vakalatnama has been filed by Sri Vinay Mishra, learned counsel on behalf of opposite party No.5. The vakalatnama is taken record. 2. The supplementary affidavit filed today in the Court is taken on record. 3. By means of the present writ petition the petitioner has challenged order dated 16.6.2025 passed by Additional Commissioner (Administration), Lucknow Division, Lucknow in proceedings under Section 219 of Land Revenue Act, 1901. The said revision was preferred by opposite party No.5 which has been allowed by the impugned order. 4. It is in aforesaid circumstances that a preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner has alternate remedy of filing revision before the Board of Revenue under Section 219 sub clause 2 of Land Revenue Act. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, does not oppose the alternate remedy. 6. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed on the ground of alternate remedy. 7. It is provided that in case such a revision is filed within next two weeks, the revisional authority shall consider and decide the same with expedition subject to cooperate of the petitioner.
