The instant petition has been preferred seeking expeditious disposal of Regular Suit no.1588 of 2019 with a prayer that it may be directed to be taken on day to day basis without granting any unnecessary adjournment. Having considered the aforesaid submission and perused the material available on record including the extracts of the order sheets where it indicates that till date the written statement has yet not been filed, in the aforesaid circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition for expedition for the suit of the year 2019 where even the pleadings are not complete. However, it is open for the petitioner to move an application before the trial court to proceed in accordance with law. Needless to say in case if any such application is moved the same shall be considered by the court concerned. With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
