By means of the present petition, the petitioner has assailed the impugned First Information Report dated 24.12.2024 bearing Crime No. 0247 of 2024, under Sections 471, 468, 467, 420, 419 IPC, Police Station Hardattnagar Grint, District Shravasti. 3. At the very outset, Sri G.D. Bhatt, learned A.G.A. has shown the copy of instructions dated 04.08.2025 provided by one Pradeep Kumar Srinet, Sub Inspector, Police Station Hardattnagar Grint, District Shravasti, wherein vide paragraph no. 9, it has been indicated that Section 409 IPC has been added in the FIR. The copy of instruction is taken on record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not aware about the fact that Section 409 IPC has also been added, therefore, he requested that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage and liberty may be given to file a fresh. 5.
