The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief: Patna High Court CWJC No.11886 of 2017(2) dt.17-06-2025 2/3 (i) For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 30/03/2017 passed in Dispatch No. (Nirgat Sankhya) 51121- 02396 issued by the Public Greivance Redressal Officer, District -Madhepura whereby and where under allowing an application dated 16/01/2017 vide Annan Panjyan (Anan Registration) No. 51121 0116011700873, filed by Private Respondent No. 11 to 15 praying for they have got purcha on 25-07-1985 over the land bearing khata No. - 205 old, Kheshra old 478 total Rakwa 30 decimal land the Purcha was granted to weaker section of society (Homestead landless on Hmiless Schedule Caste / Schedule Tribe family) by the Circle Officer, Gamharia under privileged person under Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947 but the concerned Respondents has illegally granted the purcha without any proper enquiry therefore the petitioner has praying for a direction upon the respondents to immediately enquired into the matter.
