2. Petitioner No.1 is wife of deceased employee and petitioner No.2 is son. Husband of the petitioner No.1 while working as Secondary Grade Teacher Gandhi Aided Elementary School, Ambapuram, died in harness on 12.11.2012 due to ailment of cancer by then he was surviving by wife and Petitioner No.1 initially requested for considering compassionate appointment for his son, as he was minor then, the could not be considered on the ground that he was below the age of 16 years, attaining majority, petitioner No.1 has once again made represent^ion dated 17.07.2023, for which respondent No.5 has submitted report to the respondent No.2. Later, petitioner No.1 has once again made

3 representations dated 08.07.2024 and 19.12.2024, however, there is no response to the same. Petitioners claim to be eligible and entitled to compassionate appointment in terms of G.O.Ms.No.113 Education (SE.PS.I) Department dated 06.10.2009 and therefore, approached this Court by filing presentwrit petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would suffice to direct respondents to consider representation of petitioners for time being by directing the respondents to dispose the same. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that petitioner’s representation will be considered in accordance with

In view of the aforesaid submissions, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, with the consent of both the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed directing respondent Nos.3 & 5 to consider and pass appropriate orders on petitioners’ application/representation dated 08.07.2024 and 19.12.2024 claiming compassionate appointment in terms of G.O.Ms.No.113 Education (SE.PS.I) Department dated 06.10.2009 within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
4 As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
