Pratapgarh And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Shiv Shanker Sen Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, notice to the private-respondent is dispensed with. The instant petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking expedition of Regular Suit No.223/2021 (Pawan Kumar v. Ram Lakhan), which is pending before the respondent No.1. A perusal of the plaint, a copy which has been brought on record as Annexure No.1, it reveals that the suit had two defendants and the petitioner has only impleaded Ram Lakhan as defendant No.1. The defendant No.2 has not been impleaded in the instant petition coupled with the fact that from the extracts of the order-sheets, which have been brought on record, it appears that there are several dates which have been fixed, but almost on each date the learned Members of the Bar have been abstaining from judicial work. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to pass any expedite order, however, it will be open for the petitioner to move an application before the Court concerned. In case, such an application is moved by the petitioner needless to say the same shall be considered and pass appropriate orders by the Court concerned in accordance with law. With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 5.8.2025 Rakesh/- Digitally signed by :- RAKESH PRAJAPAT High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
