After arguing some length, learned counsel for the petitioners has requested that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage and liberty may be given to file anticipatory bail application. 4. Considering the aforesaid request, this writ petition is dismissed being withdrawn. However, it is always open to the petitioners to file anticipatory bail application before the appropriate Court of law and if such anticipatory bail application is filed before the Court of Sessions, the same may be heard and disposed of with all expedition without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the party.
