This writ petition has been filed with following main prayers:- "Therefore, the Petitioner bank most respectfully pray that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased:- 1. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the Respondent no. 2 to 6 to provide the police force immediately in terms of aforesaid provision of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 as well as Order, Dated-20.09.2022 passed by the ADDITIONAL DISTRICT MAGISTRATE, Lucknow in Computerized Case No. D202010460003412 Case No. 03412/2020; Bank of Baroda V/S M/S ASIA TRENDZ ADVERTISING U/S 14 of aforesaid Act of 2002 (Annexure No. 1) and also ensure the peaceful actual possession of the Secured Asset i.e. i.e. (i) Equitable mortgage of shop at 9, Lower Ground floor, Shyama complex, Adil Nagar, Vikas Nagar, Khasra No. 187, Minjumla, dist. Lucknow admeasuring area 15.79 sq. mt. (170.00s sq. ft.), owned by Mr. Sanjay Mishra and Mr. Anand Mishra immediately and without any further delay. ii. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of commanding the opposite parties to ensure the peaceful actual possession of the aforesaid secured asset as per the provisions of the Section 14 of SARFAESI Act, 2002. " 2. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, sent by S.D.M, Sadar, Lucknow, says that the date now fixed in the matter for delivery of possession by the revenue team constituted is 20.08.2025. 3. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that the delivery of possession is made to the bank on 20.08.2025.
