Ranvijay Singh) expeditiously within a fixed time frame. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he does not want to press the instant petition and he should be granted liberty to file an application with this prayer under Section 483 Cr.P.C. 4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. 5. The certified copies annexed with the petition be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining their photocopies on record.
