Das, learned counsel for the petitioner Meohou Namchoom, who has filed this application under Section 482 read with Section 439(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by the learned Sessions Judge, East Division, Tezu, Arunachal Pradesh in connection with Anticipatory Bail Application No. 140 (NMS)/2021 arising out of Chongkham Police Station Case No. 08/2021 under Section 120(B)/418/423 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Section 3(1)(p) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 2. Heard learned Senior Advocate Mr. M.A. Lahoti assisted by learned counsel Mr. R. Dubey for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and learned Public Prosecutor Mr. A. Chandan for the State of Arunachal Pradesh. 3. It is submitted that FIR No. 08/2021 has already been quashed and it has been held by this Court vide order dated 24.02.2025 that as the FIR has already been quashed, nothing survives now. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor, Arunachal Pradesh has submitted that the petitioner’s daughter/legal heir has already approached the Itanagar Bench in connection with Crl. Petition No. 154/2024 and the said case has been disposed of on being infructuous. 5. Learned counsel Mr. D. Das has submitted that the leading counsel Mr. D.
