Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand.

Learned Deputy Advocate General would submit that in compliance with the earlier order of the Coordinate Bench of this Court dated 30.01.2025, protection was given to the petitioners. He would further submit that in case there is any further threat perception to the file of the petitioners, the concerned SHO shall make a fresh assessment of the threat perception and will provide necessary protection, if 1

In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed off, as no further orders are required.
